In my research of this piece there seems to be a difference of opinion regarding the publisher: was it Watanabe as some insist, or privately published? If Watanabe, why don’t any copies have Watanabe seals? Other pieces by him contain the Watanabe seal, just not this one in any instance I can find.
At the same time, my copy has the seal included here stamped on the verso. Is anyone familiar with this seal?
Shobisha seal, late 1950s. This print was restuck privately, without seals, in the late 1970s or early 80s, which is probably what most prints available actually are.

Thats curious... all other sources have this print being done in 1932 by Watanabe Shozaburo, albeit without any publisher seal. This seems to be the only copy I can find that has ANY publisher seal, but from Shobisha and not Watanabe?
