I don’t know if this is a stand alone print or part of a triptych but would appreciate knowing what information is stored in the characters. It was sold to me as an 1863 print of a Kabuki actor by Kunichika and all I can gather from Google Translate is that it may represent Ko no Moronao. Any help gratefully accepted.

K.

the seal looks like the mirror image of "boar-11 aratame", boar being 1851, 1863, 1875, etc. Never seen such an erroneous carving if that's what it is. But then one has to keep in mind that the woodblocks are mirror images of the resulting prints. Absent minded carver.
