The signature reads "Kunisada ga" and the date seal is 7/1867, so the artist is Kunisada II.
Most probably it's the left sheet of a kabuki triptych.
The read cartouche reads "Ōtani Tomoemon" (大谷友右エ門), the yellow cartouche starts with tsuma [= wife] (妻), rest unread, actor is unidentified.
The play is "Sangoku Kumiage Tōrō", performed at the Morita Theatre in 7/1867
