Here are two of the three panels that I have. There might be a fourth, as the third doesn’t appear to directly connect with these two. Apparently Sanoya Kihei is the publisher, but could he be the artist as well? Any help in identifying the title or scene would be greatly appreciated. The people wearing winged costumes are rather unique

The artist is Kuniteru. I believe it is a Genji print. Looking for another copy-- haven't found it yet.
Kuniteru II, complete print can be seen here: https://www.fujiarts.com/cgi-bin/item.pl?item=924054
Based on Lucienne's comments below and the sources identified, it appears that the artist is likely Kuniteru I not Kuniteru II.
Thank you, yes I also found an image of Tales of Genji by another artist of similar scene as one of mine. But by a different artist, I felt I was at least getting closer to finding the artist. But these links you provided were the best. Robert

Perfect. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much. The links added also are helpful. The artist seems to have many iterations of his Title (name) Kuniteru I and II among others Yamado his birth name, depending on the period and styles he adapted. At least this is what is known. More research of sources usually clarifies and separates one name from another or links them back to the one name,. I appreciate the fine tuning and identification of the artist. Robert
and I will have to digest the two names to figured it all out as usual with the artists. This one has the correct chop in the piece as mine. I'll compare the Kuniteru and Kuniaki signatures. Robert
Utagawa Kuniaki II
You seem to enjoy complicated artist names.
Lavenberg give interesting information about the two Kuniteru and have a nice collection of signatures

Have fun
Well after owning a number of Japanese prints I have learned that one name is many times one of many for the artist or the school of artists. and a bit of sleuthing helps get one closer to the truth but not always the final answer. So it is the Japanese way. the chops on Lavenberg's page confirm the variations on the artists name Ichiyusai, Sadashige aratame Kuniteru ga. and usually ending in Kuniteru in many cases. I appreciate the fantastic research leads you provided. I wasn't getting any where until now. Appreciate the assistance
