These four pieces were in a home my grandparents bought in 1970. The people were world travelers and collectors. I’m not sure whether this is ukiyo-e or watercolor on silk, or how to describe it. All help and guesses appreciated!
These are probably all Chinese prints or paintings. The text below the first one includes 倣ハ大山人, which means "after Bada Shanren" (a famous Chinese painter). The second painting shows a woman in a typical Chinese dress. Since all of them have the same kind of frame, I assume that they are all Chinese.
