It’s the right panel of a bijin triptych by Kunisada, here signing "ōju Kunisada ga". Depicted are "courtesans" with her kamuro and servants from the Matsubaya [Matsuba House] (松葉屋). To the right is Masuyama (増山) (names of the kamuro unread).
The publisher is Yamamotoya Heikichi; date c. 1825/1830 (the "short necked period").
Many thanks! The umbrella's edge at the left of the screen made it likely that this was one of at least a pair.
