Hi, I found this print at a thrift store.  Google translated the title, as “Enjoying the cool breeze of Kamogawa”, however I can’t locate anything similar.  It appears to have been framed many years ago, as the framing address does not reference a zip code (started in US during the sixties).  Any thoughts are appreciated it, thank you.
