the title in the right margin is 俳優似顔活人形 (portraits of actors in the shape of living dolls ?) 浅草公園花やしき (Asakusa Park Hanayashiki). It seems to me that you already posted a print about Asakusa Park Hanayashiki on Hans-Olof's Q&A website in the past, or maybe it was someone else?
this website gives the publisher as 好文堂 (Kobundo?), and the date 19th c.
