What I do know: Aratame 1865/5, Publisher Fujiokaya Keijiro, Carver Hori Cho. The seller said it depicts a scene from Chushingura Gojitsu no Tatemae.
I also know that it is unusual to see a woman using a matchlock gun as a club!
I don’t know what scene this could be from the Chushingura (although there are so many versions…)! Who are the actors, and what is going on??

remark from Horst about the wooden stick
Regarding your post for the Kunichika print I think it's not a bokken but a Shakuhachi. Look for >>"gonin Otoko" Shakuhachi<< prints (the role is not a gonin Otoko role but you will see the same "wooden object")
