This print recently appeared on-line misattributed to Kuniyoshi.  I am having trouble with the signature.  Kunimori giga? Also, can anyone read the and provide the kanji and Romanji for the whole signature?  Finally, I know I have seen this design before but I am having trouble locating other copies.

The print is in rough shape.  The prayers of the right-most supplicant appear to have been left behind on some backing.

Also, any thoughts on subject matter will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any help.  All is appreciated.

the signature looks (a bit:) like 蕙斎 周茂 戲画 keisai Chikashige giga, but the censor seals point to an earlier date (1847-1853) than Chikashige's period of activity.

Michael your impression regarding the artist seems correct. Here's what I propose
Based on the date/style the artist is Utagawa Kunimori ii

    Signature reading
應需 (応需) oju (responding to a demand; answering a request)
    国盛戲画 Kunimori giga

    censor seals Mera & Murata
