A big thank you to manuD and to Michael O'Clair for identifying the print!
"Your print is an 1865 design by Yoshitora. It depicts the seven lucky gods (七福神, shichifukujin) who have captured an enormous sea bream. The kanji in the title cartouche have been transcribed as: 福神 黄金の巻狩 (Fukujin kogane no makigar? Lucky gods hunting for good fortune?) The seven gods depicted, along with the fish, are symbols of good luck. A collection of similar prints can be found in the holdings of The Currency Museum here: https://www.imes.boj.or.jp/cm/research/nishikie/001004/005/
It's a jolly print."
