Your print looks like a page from a book rather than a surimono because of the frame and the vertical fold in the middle. So one doesnt expect an artist's signature. There are two (kyoka ?) poems, one of the authors is 福寿窓真倉 (fukuju something) and the other 子穣竜 (not sure about the middle kanji).
Thanks for the help - I (later) found out that it's a page from Shigenobu's 1830 Book of Humorous Poems Hundred Thousand Birds, so everything you wrote fits and I really appreciate the names of the poets.
