Looking for any information on the artist of this piece. I have 2, both different designs but same artist.

the signature is 靜湖 Seiko, the seal is unreadable
Okuhara Seiko (1837-1913) produced woodprints, mostly of birds, and his signature does not quite match, so I dont think it is him.
